These are some of the projects I have worked on, which includes freelance projects, university work and projects I have been involved in at work:
I am a web developer & designer who is currently employed as a UI Developer within the digital department at Immediate Media. I have previously worked within the in-house design & digital team at Ministry of Sound in central London. After graduating from the University of West England in Bristol, I worked at FP Creative for a year, where I was included within projects for clients such as Jaguar and Land Rover. As part of my university course, I undertook a placement year at Redwire Design, where I was able to gain real life work experience within the web industry, before going back to university to complete my degree. I have always been passionate about designing in general, which led me into web design and development, teaching myself (X)HTML and CSS to build small static websites, before going onto university to further my knowledge in the field. In my spare time I enjoy music, in which I listen to a variety of genres, as well as playing several instruments myself. I am also a keen rugby player, in which over the years I have received several representative honours such as playing for my county.

After graduating from university, I began working for FP Creative, a design agency based in London. As a front-end web developer, my main roles included transforming website designs into fully functioning websites, using W3C compliant XHTML and CSS, while also using dynamic languages such as JQuery for animations and effects. I also delved into backend development, inserting the coded websites into content management systems such as Drupal, enabling the clients to be in full control of their website. While working here I gained experience working with large-scale clients such as Jaguar, Land Rover and Santander.

As part of a placement year, completed between my second and third year at university, I worked for Redwire Design. My main role as a junior web developer was to use my front-end development skills to transform a design into a W3C compliant website, which I would then insert into the in-house built content management system, giving the client full control over their website.
